I had Nandan cater my birthday and they made it truly special. Their team was warm, professional, and even did a recce beforehand to ensure everything was seamless. On the day, the setup blended into my home so effortlessly, it felt like I already had my own coffee bar.

The experience with Nandan for the pop up exceeded the expectations. Not only the care and attention to every details was extremely high, but they thought about the whole customer journey and how we could make the wait enjoyable. Giving umbrellas, serving the hot coffee to people waiting for 2 hours is something that can make a huge difference and make the wait more pleasant. The whole staff have been very helpful with our team as well, with 2/3 people helping with wiping the boxes and put sleeves. A minimum of 6x6 feet works well for our mobile bar, though larger setups will be customized based on event scale.

Our trained baristas can seamlessly serve anywhere from 50 to 5,000+ guests, depending on your event size.
Ideally, 2–3 weeks in advance ensures availability, but we often accommodate last minute requests as well.
