- 18g Royale Medium-Dark
- 1 double espresso
- 150ml hot milk

1 tsp cocoa powder
- Tiny pinch cinnamon
- Tiny pinch nutmeg

1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
Method
- Brew espresso.
- Whisk cocoa with a little hot milk to dissolve
- Combine everything and stir.
Taste: Dark chocolate forward, warm spice in the finish, silky body.
