- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 120ml milk of choice
- Tiny pinch cinnamon
- Ice
Method
- Shake the espresso + brown sugar HARD in a jar/shaker for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain over milk into a chilled glass.
Taste: Frothy, dark chocolate forward, warm spice bloom at the end.
