Ingredients:
- 1 shot espresso using Nandan Royale Medium
- 15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)
- 15ml fresh orange juice
- 60–90ml sparkling water

Method:
- Brew a double espresso.
- In a glass, add ice + honey syrup + fresh orange juice and stir
- Pour in espresso.
- Top gently with sparkling water.
- Express orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
