1 double espresso
(OR ½ cup very strong brewed coffee, cooled) - 1 cup cold milk (about 200–240 ml)
- 1½–2 tsp sugar
- 4–5 ice cubes

1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
Method (With Blender)
- Add coffee, milk, sugar, ice, and cream/ice cream to a blender.
- Blend 15–20 seconds until frothy.
- Pour into a tall glass.

Optional: dust a tiny bit of cocoa on top.
No Blender?
- Put everything in a tight jar.
- Shake hard for 30 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy.
