Ingredients:
- 1 double espresso Nandan Espresso Medium Dark(cooled)
- 1 small ripe banana
- ¾ cup milk (regular/ oat milk recommended )
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (optional but recommended)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Small handful ice

Method:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- If you want it thicker → freeze the banana first.
- If you want it lighter → skip the nut butter.
