Makes 6–8 small bites
You’ll need (serves 2)
- ½ cup oats
- 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut or almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Nandan Espresso Dark (espresso format)
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Method
- Mix everything until sticky.
- Roll into small balls.
- Chill 20–30 minutes and enjoy.
