You’ll need (serves 2)
- ½ cup brewed Nandan Espresso – Dark (cooled): espresso method
- 4-5 store bought ladyfinger biscuits OR marie biscuits
- ½ cup mascarpone
- 2–3 tbsp granulated sugar or honey (to taste)
-
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Method
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the espresso (don’t soak too long).
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in serving cups or a small dish.
- Mix mascarpone with sugar or honey, then spread over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers if needed.
- Dust generously with cocoa powder and sprinkle nuts if using.
-
Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
Why it works
The espresso’s chocolate, caramel, and nut flavors shine through without bitterness, giving a rich, smooth, and balanced tiramisu — simple enough for home cooks but indulgent enough to feel like a treat.
