Easy Coffee Espresso Tiramisu Cups

You’ll need (serves 2)

  • ½  cup brewed Nandan Espresso – Dark (cooled): espresso method
  • 4-5 store bought ladyfinger biscuits OR marie biscuits
  • ½ cup mascarpone
  • 2–3 tbsp granulated sugar or honey (to taste)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Method

  1. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the espresso (don’t soak too long).
  2. Layer soaked ladyfingers in serving cups or a small dish.
  3. Mix mascarpone with sugar or honey, then spread over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers if needed.
  4. Dust generously with cocoa powder and sprinkle nuts if using.
  5. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
