What you’ll need
- Cold Brew (Lilmore – Light): 150 ml
- Tonic Water: 40-50 ml

Cold Brew Base (1–2 servings)
- Coffee (Nandan Lilmore – Light, coarse grind): 20 g
- Water (room temperature): 200 ml

Brew time: 17 hours
Method
Make the cold brew: Combine coffee and water in a jar or french press. Stir gently, cover, and steep at room temperature for 17 hours and strain using a cheesecloth. If using a french press; after 17 hours, press the plunger down and pour out the cold brew into a container/jar.
Why it works: Lilmore Light’s low acidity and mild body keep the drink smooth, while its biscuit-like and toasted nut notes balance the bitterness of tonic for a clean, refreshing finish.

- Unstrained brew: up to 48 hours
- Strained cold brew: up to 5 days, refrigerated
