Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase from the site please contact us via the Contact Us page or the information below for a replacement of refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please provide your name, the order number, which items, how many you’re are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 working days from the date of refund actioned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Coffee@nandancoffee.com and we will reply instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Cancellation Policy
Only order not dispatched will be eligible for cancellation. We would like to be as accommodating as possible so please email us at Coffee@nandancoffee.com or call us at 022-40532819 right away with you cancellation request
